Installing latest driver from ATI

Has anyone gotten the latest driver 9.3 from Ati (not Lenovo) to install? I tried using DriverCleaner followed by Mobilitymodder, but the Ati installer still won't let me install their drivers.

I'm running XP so I don't think that applies. Either way, found the fix in driverheaven forums:
