BSOD with Atheros AR5BXB72 with Vista on T60

I have changed out the Intel 3495 a/b/g card for the Atheros AR5BXB72 card and used the Lenovo driver Version 7.6.1.237 which is for the ThinkPad Wireless LAN (11a/b/g/n). However, coming out of "sleep", I get the blue screen of death and not always the same one. The other interesting thing is that when the Wireless is turned off and hard-wired ethernet is on it comes out of sleep fine. Haven't tracked this very far but thought I would check and see if anyone else has run into this and a possible fix. The other thing that is a little dodgey is the Atheros Drivers. I haven't found a clear cut place where it cross-references the AR5BXB72 card with the Atheros driver number. I am using Vista 32 with SP1.
