T43 advice

I may do so, but I found some other issues. The first one is that the screen becomes extremely uncomfortable for my eyes after prolonged use. The other thing is screen response. Watching movies or even watching the cursor floating can be annoying. I'm thinking about replacing it with this LCD screen (30ms, FFS according to ThinkWiki), but the specifications say:

Additional Notes: Non IPS-FLEXVIEW Standard LCD

How can it be?
Any other ideas would be appreciated. Thanks in advance, as usual.

LCD from a 15" SXGA+ R52 (which is not IPS) would work perfectly well in a T4x unit. As would non-IPS UXGA from A22p.
