Thinkpad Mini Dock Series 3 with Linux

Hey guys, I'm having some problems with the new Mini Dock Series 3 on Linux. Things that I tested that work:

• DVI passthrough
• USB passthrough
• Audio-Out (sort of, will go into further detail later)

Things that don't seem to work:

• Audio-In
• Audio-Out - It seems that both the built-in speakers on the Thinkpad and the audio-out on the dock are active at the same time! This doesn't happen all the time though, I think it's only upon resuming from suspend.

Anyone have a similar experience with the dock on Linux? I'm using a Thinkpad T400s if it wasn't obvious to begin with and running Arch Linux with Linux kernel 2.6.31.
