390E and 390X Hardware Maintenance Disk(CE utility diskette)

#1 Post by OMNIBUS » Tue Sep 29, 2009 6:29 pm

hi,
I need the Hardware Maintenance Disk even called ce utylity diskette for my old 390, 390E and 390X
I tried anywhere in the site ibm and other sites: I know that exists a file to get the executable diskette and that is called CEUTQ103.exe but i didn't find it!
Ibm assistance of my city (Milano Italia) told me that the machine is too old and can not help me.
I found in a Spanish site CEUKQ110.EXE; that is the file hmd for 1200-1300 i-series version 1.11, i found some other file but when i use the diskette obtained with, the screen shows me that "program is not for this system"? I have only to reset the thermal sensor, of the 390E
thanks to all

The HMD is released to IBM/Lenovo service partners only and is a proprietary program. It is not for public release. Locking this thread.
