need to reset thermal sensor of 390E 390X desperatly!

hallo,
when i use my 390E, 2626 BOG, it works normally, but after few minutes goes to freeze automatically without any fan action. the fan does work when i boot pc, but doesn't work during the normal use; it just work very very very slowly. ( i put a cigarette near the fan air exit hole and i saw the smoke pushed away but i cannot hear the noise of fan action )
after pc doctor diagnostic test results : fan test failed.
i red hardware maintence manual and it describes exatly my problem, and says that i've to reset my thermal sensor with Hardware maintence disck named "ce utility diskette". i know that the file to obtain the executable diskette is named "ceutq103.exe" but i didn't find it anywhere ;i found with google an old ibm site, i think, with "ceukq110.exe" and "ceutb111" but they don't work with my system neither 390E nor 390X and, here the moderator closed my previous thread because the HMD is a IBM/LENOVO propertary disk so we cannot share or what else so i cannot ask it in THIS site/forum!.
So..somebody can help me to reset my thermal sensor even WITHOUT HMD ?
there is some program/software that can help me for this issue?
the best should be getting HMD ceutq103 ..but as i said i cannot ask it so it's a impossible mission to reset thermal sensor?

p.s.:i have no problems with heatsink or grease pad (there's not grease to put)
p.s.: i hope that this time moderator will not close this thread just because as i specify more times I'M NOT ASKING THE HMD or about to get it! because i know that i cannot ask it or he'll close again the thread! (are the site's rules as he wrote)

I did, you need the PC doctor diskette, availible on the Lenovo site, and it is one of the tests that you run. you need to extract the .exe onto a diskette, so put a blank diskette into the drive and double click the .exe.

I did it, and run the fan test...
it figures that the fan is ok, and in that instant the fan become to spin, but when the test ends, the fan is still not working
im using win 98 se, is there a patch to make it spin under windows?

the pc doctor is totally useless to solve this problem and then it is useful just to test not to solve anything!!!
i found the CE utility diskette..from ibm local assistance in milano...and certainly not in lenovo site...
i used it and i solved all my problems!!!
to avoid that the moderators close this thread...i specify that i can't send it...jut because it's a registred program!
but in any case you can send me a private message to let you show the right way!!!
