I bye A22m and they come without BIOS chip .. I have one 28F004 from T20 so I will try with that chip but is enybody know what is original bios chip on a22m mobo .. tx

It is highly unlikely that you'll be able to swap the chips the way you're intent on doing it.

I mean to reprogram 28f004 with proper bios .. not just swap chip .. still make of tsop40 adapter for my flash programmer .. how about that way ?

The first thing that comes to mind here is that the A22m in question might have other issues - besides from not having a bios chip.

The next question is what bios version to use.
One issue being, that you might get a bios version that is incompatible with the version of the firmware already in the Embedded Controller.
I just checked the Lenovo size and found that for a22m there has never been more than one version of the EC firmware, so that issue goes away.
But checking the Lenovo size revealed another issue - there are 2 different bios'es for a22m. Dependent on what model you have, you will have to
pick the correct bios file to download.

To get the binary file to flash into the chip, you will have to download the BIOS Update (Diskette) from the Lenovo size and run
that program to get the files extracted to a diskette. Then you can pick the binary file from the diskette.
The file containing the bios image is the file with the .FL1 extention. It has a size of 512 KB, the same size as the flash memory in a 28F004 chip.

I cannot tell you exactly what chip is supposed to be in an a22m (perhaps someone else can), but I find it very likely to be a 28F004 variant.

Besides from ThinkPad boards, 28F004 flash chips can also be found on some desktop boards. In particular on Intel boards of that age.

It might work and if the purpose of such a project is to have some fun, then it might be worth trying.
