IBM Aptiva 2178 Desktop LED cable Setup

I have a desktop I'm building "ATX tower" and put a temp motherboard in it to use for now until I buy a new one. The motherboard is a Intel Pentium III 600MHz IBM Aptiva 2178 and need to know what order my LED cables need to be in. Power SW, Power +, Power -, H.D.D. LED, RESET LED.
I get the power light to come on during random plug ins aswell as the Hard Drive light, but no full power on.

I tryed the order of the list diragram with no luck. The color wires are diffrent from the diagram. My Wire colors are: POWER SW (Brown/White) POWER LED + (Green) POWER LED - (White) H.D.D. LED (Red/White) RESET SW (Orange/White)
All my pins plug into the board and get diffrent lights on the front but no power on. The power box is out of a Emachine Intel Celeron 633MHz, So I'm sure it will run my Pentium III 600MHz board.

I even downloaded the Aptiva manual from lenovo.com and it don't give a order of it. Is it written under the board?

Why don't YOU look to see if it is printed there?

Not sure if a crappy Emachine part will work on a classy IBM machine.

I took the board out to look under it to see if their is any codes on the bottom and there is nothing written on the bottom at all. Does anyone know a order that these wires can be connected in?

The first one is very good, thats what I'm trying to find but mine don't have 2 rows. It just has one row of 8 pins
I did more info look up and people online said this is my motherboard I have. IBM PC300PL 6565-ABU.
