Need maint172.exe or 1.73 to update BIOS info

I am getting my BIOS chip replaced due and need the System Maintenance disk to update the info. Can anyone help? It is for an R51.

That disc is Lenovo proprietary property and is not to be distributed to anyone other that authorized repair centers. Locking thread.

Bought a T430 that's still on BIOS v2.61. Latest version is 2.72. I know that large jumps forward in BIOS versions can sometimes result in problems....
