Problem with finguerprint software

So, Im having a little problem.

I go to thinkvantages programs, I choose the Thinkpad Fingerprint Software, but I can only click on Tutorial, I can't click on finguerprints or on settings.

I used to use this fingerprint thing, the I my hd disk "burned" I bought a new one, and then I till could use it, but I've formated my computer some months agoo, and now I can't use it, and Im sure I have all updates/drivers installed, at least when I go to system update or to windows update I have nothing there =/

Look in the device manager (under control panel/administrative tools) See if you have any problem devices. (Yellow "?")
