Thinkpad R500 wont boot

Hi All ,
Ive got a problem regarding my Thinkpad,
As YOU can See in the Video
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-tj4YgAS ... tube_gdata it wont boot, just the Fan is starting Any tue screen remains blank, any ideas how .to solve this ???
