T21:how recovering preload software X irremediable blue scr?

hallo
in my T21 an irremediable software issue is occourred with continuous blue screen on boot! i don't know why but it's doesn't matter!
the software is a win2000 preload but the F11 option doesn't appear on boot
i can get access to hd by connecting it to a usb connector and i see that the hidden partition could be still there on hd!
i have not Rapid restore that is the application that this system used to recover; i mean that i didn't find it in APPS folder of IBMTOOLS folder .
i tried to use the repair diskette of lenovo site but when i insert it , it seems to boot but very quickly appears: REMOVE MEDIA AND PRESS ANY KEY. i downloaded the repair diskette d2dfdzip.exe from http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site. ... IGR-4QDSS5
after it any action is done! neither the F11 option appears!
somebody can help me to recover the preload software?
(i have some other preload software working on X31 such as rapid restore in APPS folder...could i use it?
