Touch screen

I got an original t400 for school a few months after they came out. I really like touchscreens, and have gotten used to using them on my external monitor. Is there any way of upgrading my screen to a touchscreen without adding bulk (external hookups, controllers, or such.) I'd really like to find a way to slip one under the bezel!
