Need pics of X61 second fan...

Hey there. Hopefully one of the gurus can help me with this, especially since I need pics of the area in question.

I just got an X61s motherboard to fit into my X60s... doing a Frankenpad setup of sorts. However, I think this motherboard is set up for WWAN as it has the connector for the second fan and a slot for a SIM card next to the system RAM. When turning the system on I get a fan error which can be bypassed with the escape key, and I verified that the main system fan is working correctly.

The problem I am having is that the motherboard has no obvious mounting points for screws to hold the second fan. An Ebay search turned up low-res pics of a new fan that looks to have plastic pieces attached to it. I am assuming these plastic pieces are stuck onto the motherboard with adhesive pads(like the system battery), which in turn the fan screws into.

If anyone can provide any decent pictures that can verify this, I would be extremely grateful. My X60s to X61s conversion is completely dead in the water until I can resolve this issue.
