Good source for X6x Ultralight Screen?

I'm looking for a reliable source for a used/new UltraLight LCD panel for the X61s (13N7092, TMD part number LTD121ECHB).

Most Internet sources are either very expensive (around $500) or out-of-stock.

Any pointers? Thanks.

Obviously the SXGA+ mod is fairly involved, and there is a large risk of damaging the display if done incorrectly.
