T40p WIFI antenna failure???

Hi
I am useing T40p and have problem with WIFI signal :( I have office in the farthest room of the house, and my thinkPad is looseing signal. My girfriend is useing X40 and there is no such problem. I have also T60 and X60s, and there is no problem with the signal. Do you know if WIFI antenna in T40p is different than T43 antenna? Mabye changing to T43 antenna will help. Do you heard of any WIFI antenna failure like this?

Is your girlfriend in the same room as you when she gets a good signal and you don't?
