fan noise and pulsing noise

I installed Windows 7 and the tpfancontrol and my fan noise has decreased dramatically on my t43 (2687-DTU). I still get a pulsing noise (every 5 seconds). Is there a way to stop this and or get a quieter fan. i replaced the fan about 1 year ago.

What BIOS and EC versions do you have?

What BIOS and EC versions do you have?
I believe these are the latest versions.
Bios 1.29 and EC 1.06

Yes, they are...you may want to start looking for a new fan if the pulsing is too irritating...
