trackpoint scrolling on T21 not working

when i press the bottom big button on my trackpoint it should offer me scrolling options but does not

does anyone know the best software for me to install to get this working again please?

Are you by any chance using Firefox as your web browser?
I just added Firefox to all of my computers and had the exact same problem. Once I upgraded my trackpoint driver (from the Lenovo website) the problem was solved.
