Microsoft Windows 7 Beta
I downloaded Microsoft Windows 7 Beta back when Microsoft was alowing free download testing of it. I havn't been able to use it my self yet as I havn't had any time to install it, but have it on a DVD CD disc. Can I use Windows 7 Beta if I don't activate it? and just use it to mess around with? And will it give my that 30 days to activate it like when I first got Windows XP?

Re: Microsoft Windows 7 Beta
Yep and IIRC you should have 60 days before you have to enter a serial number.
I could be mistaken but the RC offered a year before you had to buy.
Caveat emptor with beta's and RC's. However I have found every iteration of Windows 7 Beta and Windows 7 RC to be very stable and fast.
