Product Recovery Disks

#1 Post by g8r1fl » Sat Oct 31, 2009 8:28 am

So i just installed my new 320gb HD in my z60m since my original 80gb died this week. I have 6 CD's that i recall making that are labeled Product Recovery. I put the first one in the drive and restart. Nothing happens. Just says no operating system found. Am i missing a CD? Could my CD's be bad? I saw the FAQ talks about 4 DVD's but not CD's. Thanks for any help, i really need to get my TP running.

Hit F12 to change your boot order just after you push the power switch, then choose to boot from the CD-Rom first. That should take care of it.

I did do that. Even changed the boot order in the bios. I just don't know if I have all the disks.
