I have three (3) sticks of 512MB DDR2 PC5300 200 pin RAM pulled from X6x and T6x Thinkpads. All are labeled as FRU 40Y8402, however two are HYNIX brand and one is SAMSUNG. Please verify *ahem* compatibility before buying.
