thinkpad 365xd

#1 Post by os2thinking » Tue Feb 15, 2005 9:24 pm

Hi all,
There was a trick to getting warp version 3 to load on the 365xd, something about a irq conflict with some driver on the installation disks and the installed hardware ...
Any one recall what the work around is?
Thanks!

I've been down that road but it's been soooo long ago...
Hmmm...
PCMCIA cards removed?
LPT etc turned off in the BIOS?

Thanks! I'll give that much a try.
I had given this thinkpad to my father-in-law and then it came back to me.

the more I think about it I think it involved renaming or editing a file on one of the disks....I had a 365xd but it's been years ago, sorry I can't tell you more.
