Problem with HDD on T30

I apologize in advance for my English
For my IBM T30 HDD Samsung HM160HC still there and increase the record mechanical
shock in S.M.A.R.T
This is the second disk and it's the same.The Origo Hitachi was OK
I do not know what fills.The NB does not move on the spot

No translate to the pres Google probably because

All of a sudden" mechanical shock" increases record
was 75 and he is 78

My advice:
don't waste your time with SMART.
The values seem to to be filled out randomly and are different every time you look at them.
I've never had any use for it, nor did it ever save any hard disk.
