W700 upgradable?

If I were to order the discrete graphics with 1 gig of Video ram with the core 2 duo, is it a simple process to swap out to the core 2 quad core extreme later?

What about the graphics card, can the 512 meg card be upgraded to the 1gig card later?

Would this be cheaper if the base model was 50% of list to begin with?

AFAIK, GPU is swappable. Someone else will have to answer the CPU part...
