Windows 7 Startup Error

#1 Post by mhsu88 » Wed Nov 04, 2009 12:33 pm

Hi, I recently installed windows 7 on my IBM t60 (going from windows xp). However, sometimes during startup, the computer hangs on the IBM thinkpad splash screen and doesn't actually load windows. is there anyway I can fix this problem?
thanks!

You could try booting from the windows 7 installation disk and performing a "startup repair."

Check the BIOS version, you might want to update.
