How can I download the hardware maintenance diskette?

Hi,

Does anyone knows where I can download the Hardware Maintenance Disk for T42p? (At hardware maintenance manual, I see the 1,71 version is also available) to input a Serial number in one of my company laptops?

I need manual for that diskette also.

the HMM is a pdf file, NOT a diskette..

download it to your HDD and you can print it or keep it online..
which is better since you can search it..

He wants the disk Bill, not the manual.

The disks are only available to IBM authorized servicers. So you need to ask really nice and someone here who has it mightl send you a copy.

I don't have it - never needed it.
