t43 lcd replacement

I have a T43 with IDTech N150P3-L01 (broken) and i want to know if i can replace it with this one LP150E05-A2K1.

Yes i read that page but according to these datasheets there are some differences.
IDtech has even channel from 8 to 18 and odd channel from 20 to 30 and LG vice-versa and i don't know if that's ok.
