Any issues with T-30??

Read through the forums using search, came across posts that mention problems with memory slot of T-30. I came across a couple of used machines that still have about a year of warranty left. I wouldn't mind picking one up to keep as a spare and let my wife use it. Are there any other known issues with T-30 that I should be aware of??

Well.. I was a victim of the memory slot problem when i had my T30. I had the 2366-92U... Other than the memory slot, great machine. No problems.

just got my t-30 back from ibm with the memory bank problem. ibm said it needed a new bios upgrade. working fine now. best TP i ever owned. and the warranty service is great also

I love my T30. It just came off lease and I was going to buy it, until I found out the leasing company wanted $1300 for it !!!

I had the memory bank problem (fixed onsite by IBM via new motherboard). Other than that, not one problem in 2.5 years. I had 2366-51u I think. SVGA+, 14" screen.
