IE8 and Password Manager

My IE 6 has recently stopped displaying LaTeX, so I'd like to move to IE8, but I'm worried that my IBM password manager will crap out. Can anyone advise?

I use IE8 and ThinkVantage Client Security Solution (replaced IBM Password Manager) and they work well together.
T540p Win 7 Pro 64

Well, installed IE8; not working properly, and Password Manager appears behind windows window and doesn't recall stored passwords.

If no one knows how to fix I'll have to roll back.
