i need HMD operation software

Recently purchased the machine with motherboard had been replaced and the tech didn't update it, hence i must edit the registry first before i can update my system using TVSU. To solve this once and for all i heard that using HMD can help solving this. However i'm still finding out the precise procedure to do so.

I found some of members posted the link where i can download the file however, their posts are like more than 2-3 years old, and all the links are dead. i am also no lenovo/ibm partner in any way hence i can not directly download HMD from their website.

Is there any one who can help me in this matter?
