Hi Y'all,

Am looking for a T60P with the IPS Boe-Hydis screen, in excellent condition.

Am going to max out the hardware, so if you have one with 4 gigs RAM, 128 gig SSD, etc, am interested.

T60's and T60P's are chipset limited to 3GB RAM Max.

FYI, the T60p takes a maximum of 3 GB of RAM. Hardware limitation in the chipset.

To make myself more useful, be aware than T60p is SATA 150 only. A quality SSD might be limited in terms of sustained throughput. Of course you still get the fantastically low latency and the fast random reads and writes.

Hi Y'all,

I know about the 3 gig limitation.
Am hoping the symetrical RAM gives a slight boost, and am going to look more into EBoostr or other possibilities for making the extra gig of RAM useful.

Heck, maybe I'll just install a T61 motherboard?!?!
