Thinkpad batteries have a one year warranty. Customer, for regulatory or security issues, does not have to return their defective hard drive. It is the customer's responsibility to destroy or safekeep the defective hardware.

Original description: Based on 6458-5KU: T7500(2.2GHz), 4GB RAM, 100GB 7200rpm HD(Now 250GB 7200rpm HD), 15.4in 1920x1200 LCD, 256MB nVIDIA Quadro FX 570M, CDRW/DVDRW, Intel 802.11agn wireless, Bluetooth, Modem, 1Gb Ethernet, UltraNav, Secure chip, Fingerprint reader, 9c Li-Ion, WinVista Business(Now Widows 7)

Hard Disk is replaced with 250GB Samsung HM251JJ 7200rpm, 16MB Buffer Memory.

There's no dead pixels or white spots.
There are some shiny keys due to the normal usage.
On the upper case, there are some life scratches but not distinct ones.
No broken parts or cracks. I would give 8.5 out of 10 for the cosmetic condition.
For the LCD, I would give 9.5 out of 10.

Battery condition: Cycle: 162, Full charge: 79.36Wh, Design Capacity: 84.24Wh

Comes with 90W adapter, Advanced Dock($250 value, 2nd HDD adapter and 1 key is included), and the Targus Carrying Case ($50 value)
