Thinkpad 365XD strange behaviour

Hello all,

I got TP365XD with really strange behaviour. Most of the time, when it is turned on, lights on for a second LED for caps, scroll and num lock, power LED stays on, battery LED too if battery is connected and disc LED and that's it. No display, no hard drive spinnning, nothing. Just beep from speaker when Fn+F assigned to Fn key is pressed. And hen, after leavingit for some days, it turns on OK, but turns off after few minutes and after that same behaviour.

I checked CMOS battery and it is OK, about 3V on it while in thinkpad.

Does anyone has any idea?
