Question about X200 order details

I asked this in the lenovo forums but didnt get much of an answer so maybe here is more appropriate.
When I got my order confirmation I noticed this item:
44C5194 SBB INTEGRWIRELESSWIDEAREANETW

Does this mean that the X200 WWAN comes WITH a WWAN card or just "WWAN ready"?

Did you order it with a WWAN card? If not, It's probably just the antennas. They're all WWAN upgradeable, but that's a guess on my part.
