Adding webcam to X200 with WXGA screen

Hi, I just recently got a used X200 with WXGA and thinking about adding the camera option in. I'm sure it's been mentioned many times here, but the search option is horrible.

I plan to get one of these:

Are they straightforward upgrade? Also, is there any service manual link? The last time I owned a laptop was 2 years ago, X61t. I'm actually quite excited for the X200.
