Windows 7 drivers for ATI Mobility Radeon X1400

While there currently does not exist any drivers for ATI Mobility Radeon X1400 gfx chip; does anyone have indications if and when Lenovo plans to release drivers? Asking since I made a test installation of Windows 7 on a T60 (2007-FRG) and the drivers included was only generic and slow.

Windows Update...

Or Vista drivers. Or Mobility Modder.
