Price check; what is my T60P worth?

Trying to decide which laptop (soon to be 4 of them!) to sell. My T60P is as follows:

I extended the warranty until July 2010

3gb ram
100gb 7200rpm hard drive
Original DVD multi-burner
3945ABG wireless & bluetooth 2.0
FireGL V5200 256mb
15" 1600x1200 IPS flexview display
9-cell battery with 136 cycles: good for 2.5 hours. 2nd 9-cell battery with 14 cycles, and 3rd 9-cell with 30 cycles.
replacement 90watt AC adapter
burned recovery discs & Windows XP Pro COA
Palmrest replaced under warranty

Normal wear & tear with the usual scratching on the back of the display and no significant marks or damage anywhere else. I was going to have the backlight changed before deciding to keep/sell, to have a nice fresh LCD on the unit. So, what do you guys think it's worth here on the Marketplace?
