T400s HD physical size?

I would like to quickly confirm the hard drive size in the T400s? 2.5" or 1.8"? Or the T500 for that matter.

Apparently the T400s is 1.8". Is there any way to jam in a 2.5" drive? What does a ultrabayIII do?

The Ultrabay is where you can put in an optical drive, extra battery or an extra hard drive.
