how can i update the bios of my graphic card?

i have an ibm thinkpad lenovo r60 with intel graphics and i updated the motherboard bios. does anyone can tell me how can i upgrade the bios of my graphic card (vga..) .thank you
the vga bios dates back to 2006

There's no separate BIOS update for graphics. You might be able to find a newer driver on Lenovo's site, but that's about it.
