T400 + GPS

Hello forum.

There were a lot of discussion, but I couldn't find any case close to mine.

In September I got my T400 ThinkPad (2764-CTO). It has Ericsson F3507g card.
I have installed all required drivers.

ThinkVantage GPS starts with no error message. But when I click "Start", all I see is the image attached:

The sim card is inserted. I didn't use it ever (didn't activate 30 days trial). The Mobile Broadband Connect software says "Activation status: Not activated". Is it something to do with sim, that gps is not working?
