T42 Bluetooth

I just got my T42 yesterday
1.8 Mhz Centrino
512mb
80GB HD 5400 rpm
ATI Radeon 9600 64mb
2200 B/G Wireless w/ Bluetooth

Until now, this laptop is amazing. I love the keyboard, the screen, the wireless connection everything bout this baby hehehe. However, I know that this included Bluetooth. How do I turn the bluetooth on? Can I transfer file from my laptop to my friend's using bluetooth?
