IBM Keyboard customizer

#1 Post by byron » Fri Feb 18, 2005 2:26 am

since i first got my TP i mapped my right alt key as a windows key.. in the last couple days something has happened that is preventing it from mapping keys properly. I can't figure out what exactly is causing the problem. When i log into windows i can press it a couple times (while things are loading) and get it to work (brings up the start menu), but after maybe 5 seconds it doesn't work anymore. How can I figure out what is causing the problem? Anyone have any similar experiences to share? anything at all?

Update: I uninstalled the keyboard customizer and the IBM hotkeys util, restarted, then reinstalled both, restarted again and it is working... not sure what was going on but i hope it doesn't happen again.
