Overall in good to excellent condition for it's age. No broken or cracked plastic, all covers are in place (even all screw covers, I think). The Type and serial number label has been peeled off the bottom. The lid's finish is in good shape, with only light scuffs and no prominent scratches. Keyboard is intact with only light shine and the "A" is about half worn off.

I've always liked T23 Thinkpads, and this one will be a keeper if some of the others sell first.
