Old version of power manager software..

#1 Post by T400plus » Thu Dec 10, 2009 6:21 am

I want a version of the power manager which displays wattage consumption.
I am very eco friendly and want to conserve energy.
How do I get the software?

All versions show wattage on the battery tab. Obviously you have to be on battery to see it.

:o I just place my mouse cursor on the battery icon?.
I was always under the impression that I would get it only with the other horizontal icon which display time remaining or % remaining.
Thanks. BUT I will be back with the query after i get hold of my T400 which is hybernating some other place ...

You have to click the Battery indicator (The Lenovo one, not the Windows one.)
Then you have to go to the Battery tab.

Make sure you've properly installed the Power Management driver.

oh , that way.I located it...
What I had as great expectations(as I enjoyed it on my slow T41 in the past) was getting it permanently on the long rectangle on the task bar.It would display wattage instead of % remaining.
