LF: a cheap T61 with Intel GPU in good condition

I'm looking for a cheap T61 with a 14in screen. Spec doesn't matter too much as long as it has an Intel GPU and a DVDROM. As I possess RAM and drives myself, I'm willing to purchase a system without any memory and/or hard disk as long as it satisfies conditions listed. Minor usual wear on the plastic doesn't matter but the machine must be in good working condition overall and screen must be excellent without any spots/scratches/damage. Some remainder of warranty would be nice but not absolutely required. Looking to keep this under $400 shipped in USA. Thank you.
