A hard to find power management setting for wireless adapter

#1 Post by Tõnis » Sun Dec 13, 2009 3:25 pm

There's a power management setting for the wireless adapter that's, in my opinion, somewhat hidden. Open Network Connections. Right click on your wireless adapter and select Properties. In the General tab, click Configure. Select the Advance tab. In the "Property" menu, scroll down and select Power Management. Move the selector arrow to Highest. I say it's hard to find, because it's in the Advance tab and not in the Power Management tab. I'm not sure if it will help you, but it helped me with some connectivity issues.
