THINKPAD T22 WANT TO START

Hi;
i have thinkpad t22 ; when i press the power button the leds of HDD & batry flashin one time ; nothing happend (no power).
this repeat at each time when pressed power button.
i try this:
1) remove the power cord
2) Allow machine to cool down overnight before a restart
3) Remove the battery
5) Re-insert the battery and re-start

6)remove all chips (just the power supply & motherboard)

and nothing happend.

i have 1 question : this machin can be boot without the batry (just power supply) or must have it because is dead?

Unfortunately your machine seems to have the BOD (Blink Of Death).

You probably need a new motherboard, unless you can repair it.
