Confused with the shipping

I'm from Montreal, Quebec, Canada. I ordered a T500 at december 4th, the destination scan was Lachine, QC, CA, at 8:00AM Dec 17, it's been 4 days excluding weekends and i still didnt receive it, is this normal? If yes how long do I have to wait?

great i just called ups they cant find the package..
