WTB: PC2700 and PC133

I am looking for (1) 1GB Stick of laptop PC2700 for a T30, and (2) sticks of 512MB PC133 for a T23.

Found 1 x 512MB stick of PC133. Still looking for one more of those and the 1GB PC2700.
