This gets asked here at least 3 or 4 times per week. Install the Lenovo System interface driver, power management driver, Lenovo (not Intel) video driver, and the Hotkey Utility. Use Sytem Update 4 to do all of this -

What does the Lenovo video driver give me that the ATI driver from Windows Update doesn't? I'm on a T60p. On a trial I tried the Lenovo and I get all the ATI utilities, which I promptly disabled anyway. The Windows video driver seems to do everything.
